Orchid Thieves: Basically just drums and wires. Electric guitars, feedback, effects, cymbal splashes and anguished voices, often with something to say. Four musicians from Canada's capital, observing the world around them from near and far, and struggling with their place in the scheme of things. Channeling all this into something that is new and intense, through waves and particles, zeros and ones. Bringing the Orchid Thieves sound to available venues and mediums, and inviting others to join the fray... Influences
